Magic Square (Work in Progress)

I've started to actively scan a large stack of cards included with Magic Square's releases and will slowly be getting the Magic Square page updated. They'll be small updates, such as this update with Architect aka Grapple.

New Reader Submissions 05/03/25

A week ago or so, I had a new new card images sitting in my inbox from a fellow fan. They wished to be anonymous when I asked how I could credit them, but said they would have even more submissions in the near future! Apparently they discovered this little project of mine over on Facebook, but I'll take new submissions however I can get them! 

Can I say how much I love the variety of these too? I just created the page for the e-Hobby Character Cards not that long ago, but I've only been able to acquire a few of them personally and Convoy was not one of those! Always great to pick up more images from the reissue era of G1 toys like these two exclusive versions of Hot Rod. Finally another entry to the Music Label page, which was given a slight refresh. Now Soundwave doesn't have to be a loner in this section!

Masterpiece Update

The last few weekend updates have all been in the 3rd party category, so for this update we are jumping back into the official Transformers pool with a Masterpiece update. While the Masterpiece line as we know it has now been completed, there are still many card images I need...so if you can help, please click on the Submissions page (see sidebar).

One of the early 3rd party figures tackled by various companies that had fans salivating over was Jetfire/Skyfire. I can't remember who was first to the punch at this point in the game, however FansToys I believe "won" the 3P war over the character. Eventually Takara Tomy got around to doing their version of the character in Masterpiece scale and was the 57th release in the series. I particularly love the card art used on the laster Masterpiece cards and this one is no exception!

Transform & Rollout

 

I honestly know very little about this 3rd party company. I purchased a lot of TF cards sometime ago and this was in that lot. I've heard mixed reviews about the Masterpiece scaled Jazz toy, but I like he layout of the card at least!

Mastermind Creations Additions

This update contains a few new scans of Mastermind Creations bio cards. I've seen this company come a long way since their "Reformatted" series and they are putting out some very nice figures in their Occular Max series. Love the layout of the bio cards too.

e-Hobby Super Deformed Transformers Character Cards

First launching in January of 2022, these thick prismatic plastic character cards feature an assortment of super deformed Transformers. Exclusive to Japan, I don't even remember how I got ahold of the few that I have. I'm not always a fan of the SD character designs, but anything two of my favorite hobbies (Transformers and trading cards) collide, I take interest.

Unfortunately I don't expect this section of the Database to grow much (unless someone offers to contribute scans) as I haven't been able to track down many cards that are in my price range. None the less, I hope you enjoy this latest entry.

3rd Party Entries - FansToys, KFC & X-Transbots

 As I work on getting my various card collections better organized in the new year, I keep finding cards from 3rd party TFs especially, that need to be scanned and added to their respective sections. With my latest update, I was able to find a few new character cards. More to come!
