Wreck-Gar Joins the Fun

There have already been several sightings (and purchases) of one of the last Power of the Primes toys, Wreck-Gar, at Walgreens locations in the US so it come as no surprise of his addition to the Database. Thanks to Facebook user Jim Black for the Nexus version of the card and Benson Yee of BWTF.com for the Alpha Trion version. If you'd like to help, you can submit card images via the official Facebook Group or by click here for more info.

Update! Transformers Power of the Primes

First of all I do apologize for the lengthy lapse in new content being added. While I haven't had as many new submissions (probably from a lack updates), I did finally get the time to scan some cards from my own purchases and get them queued for this update.

The Power of the Primes line may have officially wrapped up, however thanks to the decision of some Hasbro executive to create so many variations of the included character cards...well there is still a lot of content to be added before we can put the PotP section completely to bed.

In this round we have the Autobot fembots, minibots, leaders and a few Dinobots. On the Decepticon front we have the Terrorcons among others Enjoy!

While working in my office I ran across Combiner Wars Sky Lynx tucked away in the corner, still sealed from when I purchased him on discount at a Ross store. I also noticed the scan of his card I previously had was a little faded, so I scanned the card I had and was able to get a better image, which I've already replaced in the Combiner Wars section.

In my stack of cards to scan I also had the card for X-Transbots' Crackup that I recently opened. Speaking of that, I need to finish editing the photos and writing his review for the toy blog.

I'll try to not take so long with the next update. I am actively opening and photographing just about every TF Legends release that I have so I'll have more scans, including the comics, hopefully for the next update. Stay tuned!

Transformers Legends - Fortress Maximus LG-31

I'm sitting at the beach this weekend and while everyone else in the house is fast asleep, I'm chugging away on the laptop trying to tie up some various loose ends and get some photos edited for future posts. I came across the scan of the instructions for Legends Fortress Maximus LG-41 and I noticed I didn't have it listed with the others. So this update is rather small, but I am working on getting more scans ready to add to the Database soon.

Would there be any interest in scans of the comics that are included in the Legends releases? They won't be translated, but I can certain create a sub-section here and add them if there is enough interest.

Rise from the Grave!

Sometimes I ask myself if I stretch myself too thin at times with my hobbies and judging by the last update to the Database I would have to say "yes". None the less, I found some time this weekend to get some cards scanned that I had sitting on my desk. Always there to save me too was Benson Yee of BWTF.com who supplied me with scans of the newest Power of the Primes releases, Cindersaur and Outback. After I got to looking I also noticed he had a few others I needed so this update is shared 50/50.

With the sheer amount of 3rd party items out there to choose from, along with the rising costs I tend to stick to buying more of the Hasbro/Takara Tomy releases. However there are times when a 3rd party release crosses my radar that I'm intrigued enough to buy and Zeta's take on the Aerialbots are some of the first 3rd party toys I've bought in some time.
