Artfire2000.com provides Super-God Masterforce Headmaster Jr. Goshooter

Recently I crossed paths with Chuck, a fellow Transformers collector who also runs the web store, Artfire2000. He has generously offered to send me Japanese G1 scans of bio cards for the database here as he sells the items from his shop. I told him it was only fair that I give him a proper "shout out" post for his efforts.

I should also point out that he too was interviewed by Maz for TFSource's Collector Interview series. It's a great read so check it out!

Chuck had previously submitted a image of Greatshot, which I already had in the database. However he recently gave me images of Goshooter! Having this figure loose in my own collection, I've been looking for an empty box so being able to at least add this card to the database makes me happy.

D'oh! I failed to remember under after I had posted this that Chuck also provided me with a very nice scan of Victory Saber's bio card!

I'm so thankful to everyone that has contacted me thus far and submitted images. Whether it's one image or ten images, every little bit helps.

Transformers Go! Sensuimaru G-20

I actually have this toy, bought it new shortly after it was released last summer...but like a lot of my new purchases it still sits in my room, unopened. I have every intention of opening the toy and even trying to work up a review for my other blog, Random Toy Reviews...but there is only so much time in each day.

What I found odd about the Go! series was that not every toy came packaged with a card. As far as I can tell only the boxed figures came with cards.

I wasn't aware that Art Feather's products came with cards so this was a pleasant surprise.

RID Tiny Titans added to the database

Do you remember the Robot Heroes series? The small PVC figures based on G1, Beast Wars and movie characters? Well they have returned...kind of. With the new RID series coming, Hasbro has released a new series of small PVC figures called Tiny Titans. This time they come packaged with trading cards! However like the cards included with the Combiner Wars toys, these cards too lack any real information on the backside.

This is series 1 that has just been released. I've yet to see these personally, but Lewis M. Brooks recently shared the first series of toys/cards on his blog. The card collector in me is trying hard to resist buying these as I don't care for the toys, but in my true fashion I'm sure the physical cards will eventually end up in my collection somehow.

A huge shout out goes to David Aguero for the latest round of image submissions. He was generous enough to provide just about everything in today's update. David has his own Transformers blog you can follow, Transformers Obsession. I'm really excited to add many of these images as 1) it saves me a lot of work and 2) he had things I don't have. Slowly, but surely the Database is growing!

Is it just me or do these X-Transbots cards look pretty crappy? I like the design, but the quality/look of the cards can use some improvement.

While not a huge priority, I've got a few more backing blister cards to add. Combiner Wars (since I just bought them) and a few GoBots I picked up on eBay.
